Douglas Fir Sprig Hoop Earrings
Douglas fir sprigs are cast in sterling silver and fashioned into flattering and comfortable earrings. The texture of the sprigs really catches the light.
Douglas Fir trees are everywhere in the Pacific Northwest. On the coast, they commonly live at least 500 years. They are often planted in reforestation efforts throughout the region—and for good reason, they’re hardy and lovely evergreens. The artist found these sprigs without needles and loved the knobby texture.
