About the Artist:

Kate Dwyer is a self taught artist led  first to  painting and now fiber art from garden making down a long and winding trail. Her unique vessels are made of silk, cotton, thread and glue. Their only function is aesthetic.  Revisiting her Reverse Glass Painting days, Kate has recently been developing Mixed Media Collages on the front and Reverse Painted plexiglass panels using fabric, thread, paint and stencil pieces.
