Each hand-painted watercolor painting is protected with layers of encaustic (beeswax-based medium) and sparkled with gold or silver leaf. This means they are impervious to moisture and can even be near heat, as long as not nearing high temperatures near 100 degrees. They are ready to hang or set upon an easel - see example and look wonderful in a group, making great gifts, party favors for events and at place settings at table.
