About the Artist:

Bainbridge Island, Washington native, Carrie Goller was destined for art from an early age. Despite initially pursuing a career as a paralegal, a life-changing health event in 2002 led her to embrace her artistic calling. Goller’s work blends classical and experimental approaches, drawing inspiration from nature’s organic forms and vibrant colors.

Her diverse portfolio spans various genres and media, including oil, cold wax, encaustic, and egg tempera. She skillfully combines these elements into captivating mixed-media pieces. . Mentored by Max Hayslette, she has also studied under renowned artists such as Brad Kunkle, Juliette Aristides, Gabriel Lipper, Jim Lamb and Ned Mueller. Goller’s artistic journey has been rich and diverse.

Goller’s pieces adorn private and corporate collections worldwide, and she has exhibited in prestigious museums and galleries. She is represented by Rehs Contemporary Galleries in NYC, Jones & Terwilliger Galleries in Carmel and Palm Desert, CA, Abend Gallery in Denver, CO, and her own Carrie Goller Gallery in Poulsbo, WA.  She is also represented by Agent, Larry Winn, CEO of Grand Image, Seattle.

Recently, her solo exhibitions featuring encaustic seascapes and captivating creature paintings at the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art garnered significant attention. As a signature member of Artists for Conservation, Goller continues to explore the delicate balance between tradition and innovation from her scenic Hood Canal, Washington seaside studio.
